Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Service Writer to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our automotive service location. You will consult with customers, explain vehicle diagnostics, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service while upholding VIP standards.

The role requires safety focus, strong communication, and the ability to follow VIP processes to educate customers and improve satisfaction scores. A 5-day, 40-hour week is typical.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers, build relationships, and educate them about vehicle conditions after MPI inspection.
• Help team achieve VIP SAX scores and superior service standards.
• Assist in coordinating work orders and dispatch with technicians.
• Participate in LMS and vendor training; obtain ASE certifications as listed.
• Support team communications through daily huddles and store meetings.
