Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Service Writer to join our team. You will assist customers by explaining vehicle conditions based on MPI inspections, building strong relationships, and guiding them through VIP processes to ensure a superior service experience.

You will work with the Service Manager to implement VIP programs, complete required trainings, and pursue certifications while maintaining a safe, clean service area and monitoring daily communications and schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong business sense with ability to analyze, prioritize, and implement solutions.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; knowledge of automotive servicing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to educate them about vehicle conditions based on MPI inspection results.
• Build relationships with customers and follow VIP processes to engage and educate.
• Aim for higher-than-average SAX scores in customer engagement.
• Learn and execute all assigned activities from the Service Manager to improve customer experience.
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings; pursue ASE-related certifications; communicate effectively with the team.
• Maintain facility and equipment standards and ensure clean, safe service area.
