Job summary

VIP Tires & Service in New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Service Manager by guiding the team, ensuring safe operations, and delivering a superior customer experience at the location.

As second in command, you will develop a strong team, ensure LMS and vendor trainings, supervise vehicle inspections, and maintain VIP standards while communicating effectively with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• ASE certifications preferred or required as listed.
• Ability to train and develop a team.
• Knowledge of safety policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in absence of the Service Manager and maintain effective communication.
• Educate customers about vehicle conditions and VIP processes.
• Ensure safety compliance and workplace safety is Priority #1.
• Support LMS and vendor training for associates.
• Coordinate work order dispatching and store meetings.
