Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the Service Manager's absence to ensure safe, effective operations.
• Consult with customers and educate them on vehicle conditions per MPI results.
• Strive for high SAX scores through strong customer engagement.
• Develop a superior team and ensure LMS and vendor training completion.
• Maintain facility and equipment, ensure clean, safe work area.
• Coordinate communications and daily huddles; manage work orders dispatching.
