Job summary

VIP Tires & Service in Windham, ME is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Service Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and safe, efficient operations. You’ll help lead the team, ensure policies are followed, and drive VIP standards across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the Service Department in the absence of the Service Manager.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safe operating conditions maintained.
• Drive VIP programs and standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coordinate training, LMS completion, and ASE certification readiness.
• Assist with dispatching work orders and communicating with staff.
