Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• ASE certifications are preferred and recommended.
• Must understand safety policies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in absence of the Service Manager and ensure effective communication.
• Interact with customers to educate them about vehicle conditions and VIP processes.
• Drive SAX score and customer engagement (SAX) metrics.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and LMS compliance for staff.
• Manage daily operations including dispatching work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site meetings and training as needed.
