Qualifications

• Proven leadership and safety compliance
• Two years related experience in automotive service management
• ASE C1 certification required; P2 and G1 recommended
• Driver's license valid in state of residence

Responsibilities

• Hire the best associates in the area and develop a superior team
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation
• Communicate effectively with the team through daily huddles and meetings
• Train, support and deliver the 5 for 5 process to educate customers about vehicle conditions and solutions
• Assign work orders to technicians and monitor dispatching for efficiency
• Attend off-site meetings and trainings as needed
