Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is seeking an Assistant Manager to act as the second in command at the location, ensuring safe, efficient operations and a high‑quality customer experience. You will lead the team in the Service Manager's absence, communicate effectively, and help implement VIP programs and standards to earn automotive customers for life.

You will oversee safety, training, and day-to-day operations, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Educate customers about vehicle conditions following the VIP processes.
• Support and execute VIP programs and standards to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Assist with training and development of associates and manage daily store operations.
