VIP Tires & Service in Portsmouth, NH seeks an Assistant Manager to act as the second in command to the Service Manager. You will help lead the team, uphold safety, and ensure every customer experiences a different and better service.

You will coach staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and drive VIP programs to achieve high performance while maintaining clear communication and teamwork daily.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive service management experience
• Two-year college or technical program recommended
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence

Responsabilités

• Lead the team in the Service Department, especially when the Service Manager is off shift
• Ensure safety policies are followed and appropriate training completed
• Engage customers, explain vehicle conditions, and promote VIP processes to educate customers
• Coordinate with service technicians on work orders and prioritization
• Support the Service Manager to deliver VIP programs and maintain high standards
