Job summary

VIP seeks a Service Writer in Vermont to join our service team. You will explain vehicle conditions, educate customers on VIP processes, and help achieve high customer satisfaction at our Bennington location.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to educate them about vehicle conditions and VIP processes.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate service orders and dispatch to technicians.
• Pursue LMS training and vendor courses; develop ASE certifications.
• Support management to achieve targets via daily and monthly reports.
