Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in automotive service.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalent education and experience acceptable.
• ASE Certifications (C1, P2, G1) are preferred.
• State Inspection License may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to educate them about vehicle conditions based on MPI inspection.
• Build relationships and follow VIP processes to educate customers on recommended services.
• Coordinate with technicians to assign work orders to the first qualified available technician.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness at the service desk.
• Comply with all safety and ethical standards and training requirements.
