You will manage staffing, scheduling, and training, promote ongoing professional growth, and coordinate with management to dispatch work orders efficiently across all service bays.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• ASE Certification C1– Service Consultant recommended.
• Equipment Safety Certification and a valid state inspection license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Prioritize workplace safety and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Schedule staff to meet customer demand across all hours of operation.
• Coordinate with management and technicians to assign and dispatch work orders.
• Train staff on LMS requirements and product/service standards.
