Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and implement solutions in a service environment.
• Certified automotive technician qualifications and licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as priority and follow all safety policies.
• Assist at the counter as a service writer and educate customers on vehicle conditions.
• Work in the shop as a technician when needed and complete required services.
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings and obtain ASE certifications as required.
• Support the Service Manager to achieve performance targets and productivity metrics.
• Ensure compliance with service codes of ethics and all regulations.
• Participate in training and meetings; communicate across teams daily.
