Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the absence of the Service Manager and ensure effective communication and operation.
• Maintain safety as priority #1 and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Educate customers on vehicle conditions and VIP processes to enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate dispatch and assignment of work orders to technicians.
• Coach and develop staff through LMS and vendor trainings; support ASE certification efforts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant service department and facility.
