Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Service Manager and lead daily operations in Brunswick, ME. You will coach a team to deliver VIP programs and exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Two years related experience in automotive service management.
Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the team in the absence of the Service Manager and maintain effective communication.
Educate customers about vehicle conditions following VIP processes.
Ensure safety policies are followed and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate work orders and dispatch to technicians based on availability and capability.
Support training and development of staff, including LMS and vendor trainings.
Maintain facility and equipment readiness and cleanliness throughout the day.
