Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE Certifications C1 – Service Consultant required; P2 – Parts Specialist and G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended.
• State Inspection License required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license issued in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety as Priority #1 and enforce safety policies.
• Engage customers by explaining vehicle condition based on MPI inspection and mileage.
• Improve SAX score through effective customer engagement.
• Assist Service Manager and lead the team to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Ensure all associates complete LMS and vendor trainings, and pursue ASE certifications as needed.
• Communicate with the team through daily huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee work order dispatching to technicians with first-available policy.
• Maintain facility and equipment to meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain compliance with service ethics, and corporate policies.
