Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is hiring a Tech-Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Derry, NH location. Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter as service writer, educating them about vehicle conditions.
• Perform service tasks and basic maintenance per VIP standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop and service bay.
• Complete required LMS trainings and vendor certifications for Service Writer and Technician roles.
• Aim for strong customer engagement and productive billed hours.
