Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Tech-Advisor to support service writers and technicians at our NH location. The role focuses on educating customers about vehicle conditions based on MPI inspections and coordinating with the team to deliver VIP standards and exceptional service.

The Tech-Advisor will operate in both counter and shop settings, complete necessary LMS and vendor training, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment while driving productive billed hours.

• Comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter service as a service writer when needed, educating customers about vehicle conditions.
• Assist technicians by taking work orders and following VIP standards and procedures.
• Complete training and certifications for Service Writer and Installation Technician roles.
• Help the team achieve VIP programs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and facility/equipment standards.
