VIP Tires & Service seeks a Tech-Advisor to help deliver an exceptional customer experience and high-performance results. The role bridges service writing at the counter and technical shop work, requiring ongoing training and certification in both tracks.

The successful candidate will follow VIP processes, engage customers, and contribute to achieving target billed hours while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety as Priority #1 and complete safety training.
• Serves customers at the counter as a Service Writer and educates them on vehicle conditions.
• Performs required services in the shop per VIP standards and procedures.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications for Service Writer and Installation Technician.
• Contribute to customer engagement and meet billed-hour targets.
• Learn VIP processes and support the team to deliver a superior customer experience.
