Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-energy, technical Sales Engineer to join the FAST team. You’ll drive outcomes-based physical security solutions across video security and access control portfolios, partnering with sales teams, channel partners, and enterprise customers to demonstrate technology differentiators and design end-to-end systems.

You will lead demonstrations, support RFPs, and ensure successful post-sales transitions while aligning with the companys safety and CJIS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales engineering or pre-sales in a tech company is required or highly valued.
• Ability to articulate technology differentiators and demonstrate outcomes-based value to both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact product training and technical knowledge transfer to sales teams and partners.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical architecture discussions across the sales cycle.
• Design end-to-end video security and access control solutions and support RFP responses.
