Motorola Solutions is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to partner with the Sales Division, delivering architectural designs and technical evaluations for enterprise video security and access control solutions. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility in a dynamic hybrid environment.

You will demystify complex tech, lead demonstrations, and train sales teams while traveling up to 50% to support client engagements and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, evaluating, and demonstrating integrated video security systems and access control solutions for enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead technical proof-of-concept testing, site surveys, and demonstrations for key stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English for enterprise communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Division to design, architect, and present integrated video security and access control solutions tailored to complex customer environments.
• Demonstrate product capabilities through technical evaluations and presentations to support business objectives.
