Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-energy, technical Sales Engineer to join our Focused Accounts Sales Team (FAST). You will partner with sales, channel partners, and enterprise customers to articulate technology differentiators and design mission-critical video security and access control systems.

As the technical expert, you will lead pre-sales engagements, conduct engaging demonstrations, and design end-to-end solutions that expand our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or pre-sales technical roles in technology.
• Experience articulating technical value to both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact product training and knowledge transfer to sales teams and partners.
• Articulate differentiators and demonstrate outcomes-based value propositions to leadership.
• Lead product demonstrations and architect end-to-end security solutions across the portfolio.
