Qualifications

• Extensive VIP leadership experience across online gaming or casino marketing.
• Proven ability to drive VIP revenue growth and retention.
• Experience managing multi-market teams and developing leaders.
• Deep knowledge of VIP player development, CRM, and host operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead PENN Interactive's VIP and Player Development org across the US and Canada.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for VIP growth, retention, and revenue performance.
• Drive VIP customer lifecycle strategies to maximize player value and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Directors, Managers, Executive Hosts, VIP Hosts, and Associate Hosts.
• Establish KPIs to drive consistent execution and business results across markets.
• Build leadership bench through succession planning and talent development.
