Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Head of VIP, Senior VIP, or Team Lead role within iGaming.
• Deep understanding of VIP lifecycle management and retention strategy.
• Strong experience with New Jersey regulators and compliance processes.

• Lead and develop the VIP team to deliver exceptional service.
• Design and execute the global VIP strategy in line with business targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple regulated markets.
