Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Lake Charles, LA seeks a dynamic VIP Player Development Supervisor to lead a high-energy team. You will supervise staff, help shape budgets, and drive guest loyalty through VIP programs, events, and personalized experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll partner with Marketing to align opportunities, and report on performance and guest trends while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years in a customer service leadership role or training.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the Player Development department and manage goals and budget.
• Create schedules that control labor costs while meeting staffing objectives and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement VIP player programs/events to build loyalty and drive return visits.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reports for department and management.
• Collaborate with Database and Marketing to analyze trends and optimize opportunities.
