Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Lake Charles, LA, seeks a results-driven leader for the Player Development team. You will supervise staff, optimize scheduling, and help budget for the department while driving VIP programs and guest loyalty.

Collaboration with Marketing and Database teams is essential for data-driven decisions. You will coach Hosts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; five years in customer service leadership or related role.
• Casino Guest Service experience required; hosting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff in the Player Development department.
• Create schedules and manage labor costs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and monitor budget adherence.
• Develop VIP player programs/events to increase guest loyalty and return visits.
• Oversee player coding and monitor team member progress.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for the department and management.
