Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a Vice President of Regional Player Development to cultivate relationships with VIP guests and drive incremental revenue through personalized engagement and exceptional service.

You will identify, nurture, and retain VIP players to increase rated play, strengthen loyalty, and generate repeat visits, creating unforgettable experiences that position Live! as the destination for premium players.

Qualifications

Minimum five years in casino marketing and sales.
Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required.
Willingness to travel for lengthy periods.

Responsibilities

Grow revenues by attracting premium VIP players and increasing rated play.
Develop and maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation via personal contact and events.
Communicate with VIP players about services, promotions, events, and concerns to ensure retention.
Attend on-site VIP events and support planning of off-site events and tournaments.
Collaborate with the Player Development team to drive VIP visitation.
Ensure quality gaming experiences through personalized guest services.
