Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Director of Data Partnerships and Growth to join our commercial team and shape the future of global commerce.

You will build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem that expands the reach of our data and insights offerings and drives sustainable revenue growth. You’ll own the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and technology channels, recruit and manage strategic partners, and design scalable programs that align with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within data, ad tech, martech, analytics or related commercial ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic partnerships from strategy to launch and execution.
• Strong contracting, negotiation, and partnership-structures knowledge for aligned terms.
• Experience translating build/buy/partner decisions into clear go-to-market plans.
• Experience in sales strategy, commercialization and business development with scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and tech channels to create revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and manage a portfolio of strategic partners that generates qualified pipeline.
• Develop joint business plans, partner targets and metrics with clear accountability for pipeline, conversion and revenue.
• Design and manage scalable partner programs, incentives and engagement models for long-term value.
• Coordinate internal teams to support partner onboarding, deal registration, and ongoing partner success.
