Job summary

Deep Centered Mental Health, a growing outpatient behavioral health organization with 15 clinics across Texas, seeks a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide strategic and operational oversight of clinical and facility operations. You will lead a team serving therapists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners, ensuring high-quality, efficient care across all locations.

Collaborate with the CMO and COO, establish standards, optimize workflows, and scale systems to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Experience in psychiatry or behavioral health practice.
• Experience overseeing provider operations across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across clinical practices and provider teams.
• Establish and maintain consistent operational standards across locations.
• Evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and patient experience.
• Lead operational initiatives and ensure consistent execution.
• Oversee operational management of 15 clinic locations.
• Partner with COO/CMO on organization-wide priorities.
