Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure in appropriate discipline (RN/NP/PharmD or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible healthcare operations leadership.
• Experience leading direct member-facing clinical programs or services.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare populations and value-based care.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written/verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for direct member-facing clinical operations across diverse delivery modes.
• Align NP workflows, care support, and pharmacy programs under a unified operating model.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement to achieve quality and access goals.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, privacy, and regulatory requirements across markets.
