Talent Connect Now is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead and strengthen multi-site outpatient clinics within a mission-driven healthcare system. This executive will drive strategic and operational initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across locations.

Competenze

• 10+ years of healthcare management experience
• 5+ years overseeing healthcare services
• Experience in ambulatory care, outpatient clinics, or multi-site operations
• Experience leading physicians, clinical providers, and diverse teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
