Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to scale clinical teams while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own all clinical functions, including operations, supervision, and clinical excellence.
• Define and evolve the clinical care model based on evidence-based practice.
• Lead clinical quality and safety, including governance frameworks and risk management.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on clinical requirements and AI-enabled tools.
• Develop and execute the clinical workforce strategy.
• Support market expansion initiatives across new populations and geographies.
• Represent the company in investor discussions and external partnerships.

Skills

Licensed clinician (PhD/PsyD Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychiatrist)
