Talent Connect Executive Search & HR Solutions is partnering with a healthcare organization to recruit a Vice President of Clinic Operations. The VP will lead multi-site ambulatory clinics, drive operational strategy, and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role demands strategic, hands-on leadership, development of leaders, and strong financial management across locations, with a focus on improving service delivery and organizational growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with healthcare management experience.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing healthcare services.
• Experience in ambulatory care, outpatient clinics, or multi-site operations.
• Experience leading clinical operations and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of payer systems, billing, and reimbursement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight of multi-site clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies.
• Lead development and implementation of policies, procedures, and infrastructure.
• Oversee clinic budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Mentor clinic leadership teams and oversee recruitment and retention strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor patient satisfaction and service standards.
• Lead LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives across clinical operations.
