Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead strategic development and continuous improvement of clinical programs within its value-based care model. This executive will optimize pre-hospitalization interventions and post-acute transitions, aligning patient outcomes with regulatory requirements and the organization's mission.

You will oversee a large, geographically distributed team of clinicians and staff, drive KPI-driven performance, and partner with providers

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive leadership in care management or clinical operations.
Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, Transitional Care Management, STARS and HEDIS.
Proven track record developing scalable clinical programs that improve outcomes.
Experience leveraging analytics and technology and embedding care management modules in EHRs.
Strong knowledge of utilization management and risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical strategy that supports medical cost management and quality performance.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of clinical programs from concept to scaling.
Establish program KPIs and outcomes measurement frameworks; monitor performance.
Partner with provider networks to enhance care coordination and reduce avoidable utilization.
Drive adoption of technology and data solutions for precision targeting and real-time insights.
Lead a large, geographically distributed team with a focus on execution and results.
