Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years electrical/technical experience, OR associates plus 6 years, OR HS diploma plus 8 years.
• Knowledge of how Variable Frequency Drives work (REQUIRED).
• Strong understanding of electricity principles for troubleshooting drives.
• Clear English communication, both written and verbal; ability to work in US.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone & email for VFD-related issues and warranty evaluations.
• Assist with drive programming, parameter configuration, and control-system integration.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate warranty replacements and labor authorization with the warranty team.
• Document support cases and solutions in Salesforce; track best practices.
• Stay current with VFD tech, software updates, and industry trends.
