Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in electrical/technical work.
• Strong knowledge of how Variable Frequency Drives operate.
• Ability to troubleshoot drives using electrical principles.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for VFD-related issues.
• Assist with drive programming, parameter configuration, and integration with control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, sales, and product teams to resolve complex problems.
• Coordinate warranty replacements and labor authorizations as needed.
• Document support cases and best practices using Salesforce and other tools.
• Stay current with VFD tech, software updates, and industry trends.
