ABB Drive Products seeks a VFD Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers, end users, and ABB teams. You will assist with drive programming, wiring, and control-system integration, and document solutions in Salesforce.

Qualifications

VFD theory and electrical fundamentals required.
Ability to troubleshoot drives and related systems.
Clear English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone and email for VFDs and related systems.
Assist with drive programming, parameter configuration, and control-system integration.
Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales and product teams to resolve issues.
Coordinate warranty replacements and labor authorizations as needed.
Document support cases and solutions in Salesforce and other tools.
Stay current with VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
