Small Door Veterinary is seeking a Veterinarian Recruiter to partner with markets, lead full-cycle recruiting for veterinarians, and travel to clinics to build referral networks. You will plan outreach, maintain candidate pipelines, and collaborate with leaders to forecast needs across our expanding practice openings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare or veterinary sectors.
• Experience recruiting veterinary roles preferred.
• Willingness to travel to clinics and markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the recruiting partner for veterinarians in assigned markets.
• Own the full hiring process from outreach to offer.
• Plan targeted outreach and track candidate movement through stages.
• Travel to clinics to meet candidates and build networks.
• Maintain pipeline health and provide market insights.
