Small Door Veterinary is expanding its recruiting efforts to build a robust veterinary talent pipeline across markets. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for veterinarians and related veterinary roles, with travel to clinics and priority markets to meet candidates and grow referral networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (veterinary roles preferred).
• Proven success recruiting passive clinical talent and keeping candidates engaged.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
• Solid understanding of medical terminology (animal or human).
• Relationship-driven, resourceful, travel-friendly, and able to build trust in person.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the recruiting partner for veterinarians and veterinary roles in designated markets.
• Build relationships with veterinarians and the broader vet community; plan for new practice openings.
• Own the full hiring process for veterinarians from outreach to offer.
• Travel to clinics and priority markets to meet candidates and expand networks.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and prepare clinic leaders in advance.
• Maintain a steady pipeline and engage with veterinary schools and associations.
• Provide data-driven insights on pipeline health and market trends.
