Small Door Veterinary is hiring a Veterinarian Recruiter to partner with our markets and grow a high-quality veterinary team. You will build lasting relationships with veterinarians, guide candidates from first contact to their first day, and plan for new practice openings.

In this role, you’ll travel to clinics and priority markets, manage the full hiring process, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and data-driven recruiting in a fast-growing, values-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (vetting, screening, interviewing).
• Proven ability to recruit scarce clinical talent and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with veterinarians and veterinary communities.
• Travel to clinics and priority markets to meet candidates and grow referral networks.
• Own the full hiring process for veterinarians, from sourcing to offer letter.
• Source passive candidates via outreach, industry networks, and job boards.
