Job summary

Small Door Veterinary, now part of a merged organization with Bond Vet, is seeking a Veterinarian Recruiter to partner with clinics across markets and lead full-cycle recruitment for veterinarians and allied roles.

You will travel to priority markets, build referral networks, and own the end-to-end hiring process from outreach to offer. The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven sourcing, and long-term pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on veterinary roles (5+ years preferred).
• Proven success recruiting scarce, passive clinical talent and maintaining candidate engagement over long timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring process for veterinarians and related roles across assigned markets.
• Travel to clinics and priority markets to meet candidates and build referral networks.
• Plan for new practice openings, set talent benchmarks, and track candidate movement through stages.
• Maintain an always-on pipeline and collaborate with field leaders to forecast needs and gaps.
• Provide data-driven insights to leaders on pipeline health and market intelligence.
