Small Door Veterinary is seeking a Veterinarian Recruiter to partner with veterinarians across markets, travel to clinics, and own full hiring processes. Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record recruiting veterinary roles (5+ years preferred)
• Proven success recruiting scarce, passive clinical talent and keeping candidates engaged over long timelines
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
• Solid understanding of medical terminology (animal or human)
• Relationship-driven, resourceful, self-directed, and travel-friendly
• Bachelor's degree required

• Be the main recruiting partner for veterinarians in assigned markets; travel to clinics and priority markets and own full hiring process.
• Reach passive veterinarians through direct outreach, networking, job boards, and social media.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and ensure clinic leaders are prepared and candidates feel welcomed.
• Keep a pipeline that's active with outreach and referrals; maintain ATS with up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with field leaders to forecast needs and identify skills required for roles.
