Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts.

You will manage strategic veterinary groups with many locations, closing multi-location deals that unlock growth across the network. This role is an individual contributor seat focused on high-value opportunities with inbound support and SDR-led meetings.

Competenze

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for high-impact deals.
