Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This role focuses on veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, with inbound and SDR support to close strategically.

You will manage full-cycle enterprise sales over 3 to 12 months, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, expanding to more locations and services after signings. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Close $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
