Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on closing complex veterinary group accounts across locations, with no direct reports.

You will manage $2M annual quota, work with inbound leads and our sales development team, and expand deals by adding locations and services as groups sign.

Competenze

• A track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
