Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, seeks a VP of Sales for Veterinary. You own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations and opening the next opportunities.

Your role is an individual contributor focusing on strategic, high-value accounts, supported by a sales development team and inbound leads. Expect long, complex cycles and substantial quota achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annual on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups, or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• This role is individual contributor and focused on closing, not people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, typically 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders throughout the process.
• Expand: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for the most impactful deals.
