Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location accounts from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on high-value, multi-location veterinary groups.

You will close big deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, managing full cycles from discovery to negotiation over 3–12 months. No direct reports; strategic expansion follows signed wins.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
