Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals. You will manage the full cycle from discovery to contract, negotiating with owners and regional leaders.

One win covers many locations, so the role focuses on strategic, high-value accounts rather than team-building. You will operate remotely, targeting veterinary groups across the USA and Canada, with no direct reports and a quota of $2M annually.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Ability to navigate long, consultative cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at table.
• Expand with more locations and services after group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft winning proposals for major deals.
