Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings with ownership to signed contracts. This individual contributor role focuses on high-value accounts with multi-location footprints and quotas, remotely serving USA/Canada.

You will close large deals spanning 3 to 12 months, coordinating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close on multi-location deals (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand with more locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists to build proposals for key deals.
