Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Director for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic veterinary groups across locations.

You will manage the full cycle for deals spanning 3 to 12 months, negotiating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expanding after signings.

Qualificações

• Proven record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to multi-location veterinary groups or similar buyers.
• Ability to manage long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for closing over managing people.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
